Service Desk Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to join our IT team in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for desktop and site support across our Singapore and Hong Kong offices, and will also assist users throughout the APAC region as part of a global “follow‑the‑sun” service model.

Key responsibilities

• Provide face‑to‑face and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, phones, printers and other office equipment.
• Log, track and resolve incidents, requests and changes in ServiceNow while meeting defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues.
• Maintain and update the asset management system with new and disposed assets.
• Assist with project work, upgrades and occasional out‑of‑hours support for outages or deployments.
• Travel infrequently to the Hong Kong office when required.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly and keep users informed of progress.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support critical incidents.
