Social Media Specialist (Remote – Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to drive Vilgain’s organic presence across key platforms. You will create, publish and optimise content that showcases our nutrition‑focused food brand and engages a growing community of followers.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and schedule organic posts for Instagram and support TikTok, Pinterest and other channels.
• Execute content plans defined by the Social Media Manager, adapting assets for different markets.
• Manage community interaction by responding to comments, direct messages and fostering authentic relationships.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brief visuals, write captions and develop reels, stories and feed posts.
• Monitor platform trends, new formats and algorithm updates to keep the feed fresh.
• Track performance metrics, generate insights and recommend improvements.
• Assist with social‑first campaigns, product launches and major brand moments.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and publishing content for consumer‑brand social channels.
• Deep understanding of Instagram mechanics – reels, stories, feed aesthetics and community behaviour.
• Strong eye for visual quality and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage a content calendar and meet deadlines.
• Genuine passion for food, nutrition and lifestyle.
• Excellent written English; additional languages are a plus.
