About the role

Join Accenture as a Software Engineer and help design, develop, and operate scalable technology platforms that enable advanced AI and data‑driven solutions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build reliable infrastructure, improve performance, and support large‑scale application and machine‑learning workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable infrastructure for large‑scale application deployment, data processing, and AI/ML workloads.
• Optimize platform performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency through continuous monitoring and improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to evaluate technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Build and maintain automation capabilities for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational processes.
• Develop observability and monitoring solutions to provide visibility into system health, availability, and performance.
• Define and enforce operational controls, governance standards, and best practices for platform management.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement sustainable solutions to improve stability and user experience.
• Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software, platform, infrastructure, or data engineering.
• Strong experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and data integration methodologies.
• Proven ability to design, deploy, and support production‑grade technology platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
