Solution Architect – APAC

About the role

Fireblocks is seeking a Solution Architect for the APAC region to lead technical delivery of its digital‑asset platform for large banks and financial institutions. The role bridges sales, product and engineering to design, integrate and deploy secure solutions on customer environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery from deal closure through production, ensuring successful implementation for enterprise customers.
• Design and document enterprise‑grade setups, including API integrations, security architecture and overall solution design.
• Drive complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation and Travel Rule compliance.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, integration patterns and playbooks to scale delivery across APAC.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D and customers to resolve integration challenges and support pre‑sales technical discovery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record delivering post‑sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial‑services environments.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography or Web3 technologies, or with banks and financial institutions (one is mandatory, both a strong advantage).
• Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to mentor engineers or architects.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional APAC languages are a plus.
