Solutions Engineer

About the role

BitGo is a digital‑asset infrastructure company delivering custody, wallets, staking, trading and financing services. The Solutions Engineering team works closely with prospective and existing customers, delivering workshops, technical demos and guiding them from sales to onboarding. We are looking for a seasoned professional based in Singapore to nurture client relationships across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical and product demos throughout pre‑ and post‑sales cycles, delivering workshops, solution architecture and executive presentations.
• Manage ongoing client relationships, understand business requirements and provide technical support aligned with customer architecture.
• Collaborate with Executive Directors, Product Management and Engineering to influence new product features.
• Act as a client advocate, gathering feedback and communicating requirements to the Sales team.
• Explain APIs and create compelling technical demonstrations using JavaScript, TypeScript or Python.
• Contribute to RFIs, RFPs and technical proposals together with subject‑matter experts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of client‑facing technical experience (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.).
• At least 5 years working with blockchain, cryptocurrencies, financial services or payments.
• Proven ability to lead and manage client engagements and projects in pre‑ and post‑sales contexts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin, Japanese or Korean a plus.

Required skills

• Development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript and Python.
• Hands‑on knowledge of web services, APIs and SDKs.
• Understanding of SaaS, PaaS and cloud‑based application architectures.
• Experience building technical demos and solution architectures for digital‑asset platforms.
