Specialist / Senior Specialist Supply Chain Fulfillment

About the role

As a Supply Chain Specialist within Infineon's Corporate Functions team, you will drive planning activities across product lines, ensuring accurate forecasts, optimal inventory levels, and seamless demand‑supply alignment. You will work closely with production, logistics, marketing and finance to translate business needs into actionable supply chain strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end supply chain planning for all business cycles, including revenue contribution, forecast accuracy, inventory, demand planning and operations.
• Support allocation planning, supply stabilization, product planning and execution, and generate recovery plans to close demand gaps.
• Collaborate with production logistics, business line marketing, ramp‑up managers, corporate supply chain and quality management.
• Interpret cross‑functional business requirements and develop advanced analytical and reporting solutions.
• Apply statistical methods to derive business insights and enable data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in supply chain or the semiconductor industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• High proficiency in English for global communication.
• Collaborative mindset with proactive problem‑solving under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
• SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Business Intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
