Strategic Finance Senior Manager

About the role

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a leading regional fintech. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will own the FP&A engine across multiple markets, products and entities, with your analyses directly informing strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycles, delivering decision‑ready recommendations.
• Prepare board and management materials, turning complex analyses into clear narratives.
• Partner with product and commercial leaders to challenge assumptions, optimise unit economics and drive growth accountability.
• Support fundraising by leading data‑room preparation, assembling and quality‑checking financial models and performance data for investors.
• Identify and implement finance‑system improvements, leveraging automation and AI to enhance analytics and reporting accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CFA/CPA preferred.
• 8‑10+ years in investment banking, strategic finance or corporate FP&A, preferably in high‑growth or tech‑driven environments.
• Advanced financial modelling skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and storytelling ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep curiosity about fintech business models, unit economics and market trends.
• Strategic, ownership‑driven mindset capable of leading cross‑functional initiatives autonomously.
• Prior experience in fintech, payments or high‑growth technology companies is a strong plus.
