Student Care Teacher / Senior Teacher – Tiong Bahru & Sin Ming

About the role

We are looking for a Student Care Teacher / Senior Teacher to run our after‑school programmes at our Tiong Bahru and Sin Ming centres. You will support primary‑school children with homework, enrichment lessons and play activities while ensuring a safe and engaging environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct the after‑school programme in line with the centre’s framework and philosophy.
• Guide primary‑school children to complete daily homework and record their progress.
• Plan and deliver daily and holiday programmes, including indoor and outdoor play.
• Maintain a safe, positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and well‑being.
• Support centre operations as delegated by the Centre Owner/Director.
• Deliver English, Chinese and/or Mathematics enrichment lessons according to curriculum requirements.

Required profile

• Passionate about working with children and able to inspire them academically and holistically.
• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent; candidates without a diploma may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
