Supply Chain Consultant / Senior Consultant

About the role

TMX Transform is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to lead supply chain strategy and transformation projects for a range of clients in Singapore. The role involves analysing current operations, designing future‑state models and delivering tangible improvements that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategy and transformation projects across a range of industries.
• Analyse and map current‑state processes to identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Design future‑state operating models and practical improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business requirements and operational challenges.
• Gather, analyse and interpret data to support strategic decision‑making.
• Develop recommendations, business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive teams.
• Support change initiatives by aligning stakeholders and building engagement across the organisation.
• Manage project delivery to ensure scope, timelines and quality objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tangible operational outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience delivering supply chain, operations or business transformation projects.
• Strong process mapping and business analysis capability.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex operational challenges into practical solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience developing business cases, strategic recommendations and implementation plans.
• Project management or consulting experience highly regarded.
• Must be a Singapore Permanent Resident able to work in Singapore without sponsorship.
