Talent Acquisition Sourcer – Corporate Functions (12‑month contract)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will support ByteDance's Corporate Functions team in Singapore, focusing on Finance, Corporate Services, Internal Audit and Ethics hiring across APAC. Working on a 12‑month fixed‑term assignment, you will partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition partners to deliver a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches across corporate functions.
• Identify, engage and build pipelines of talent at all levels.
• Own interview scheduling and communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the interview process.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Promote ByteDance as an attractive employer and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.

Required skills

• At least 1 year of experience in high‑volume talent sourcing (search firm or in‑house recruiting).
