Talent Acquisition Specialist – End-to-End Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our talent acquisition strategy by identifying, attracting and hiring high‑quality candidates. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop proactive sourcing plans and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while aligning with business objectives and employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, HR and business leaders to define hiring needs across multiple functions and regions.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking and talent intelligence platforms.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates, coordinate assessments and interview panels.
• Manage the applicant tracking system, maintain accurate data and generate recruitment analytics.
• Support employer branding initiatives and monitor recruitment KPIs.
• Conduct market and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive offers.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or sourcing roles.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment, workforce planning, employer branding and diversity & inclusion.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
