Talent Acquisition Specialist – Platform Responsibility (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Platform Responsibility team, supporting TikTok’s innovative content‑safety initiatives. This 12‑month assignment is managed by a third‑party agency and will involve sourcing, coordinating, and delivering a top‑class candidate experience for a range of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing for multiple, complex searches across all seniority levels.
• Own interview scheduling, communicating logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain continuous candidate communication throughout the interview process.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping and market research.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Champion a positive candidate experience and promote TikTok as an employer of choice.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sourcing experience in a high‑volume environment (search firm or in‑house).
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders at all levels.
• Preferred: experience managing relationships with senior hiring managers and expertise in talent mapping.
