Tax Consultant – AI Training Expert (Remote, $80/hr)

About the role
Ethos is seeking experienced tax consultants to help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional presentation and slide‑deck creation. This remote, flexible engagement pays $80 per hour and allows you to work 5‑20 hours per week (or more) on a variety of tax‑focused communication tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated tax presentation decks, technical position summaries, and client advisory slides.
- Develop materials covering tax structuring, reform impact analyses, and tax provision communications.
- Provide feedback to improve the model’s ability to generate accurate, client‑ready tax content.
Required profile
- CPA, JD, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience at a top tax practice (e.g., Big Four).
- Proven ability to communicate complex tax positions in client‑ready formats.
Required skills
- Expert‑level PowerPoint slide design and craftsmanship.
