Tax Reporting Specialist – FATCA/CRS (Manager)

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Reporting Specialist to join the BOS Trustee team at Bank of Singapore. The role focuses on FATCA and CRS reporting for trust structures, ensuring compliance with IRAS and US regulations while supporting senior staff in data submission and registration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with FATCA/CRS reporting for all trust structures under BOS Trustee Limited, including due‑diligence and online registration.
• Compile and verify data, confirm required fields, and understand IRAS and US submission requirements.
• Execute project work on existing accounts, such as implementing new processes to streamline FATCA/CRS reporting.
• Coordinate centralized activities, maintain data trackers, and update counterparty information.
• Prepare and complete regular monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Support risk reporting, including key risk metrics and business continuity matters.
• Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures across the team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in the banking or financial industry.
• Knowledge of tax regulations, FATCA and CRS is an advantage.
• Team player with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical abilities and good Excel proficiency.
