Team Lead, Account Management (Digital Marketing Agency)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee a group of Account Managers and Account Executives while managing a portfolio of key clients. The role focuses on driving client success, team performance, and business growth across SEO, SEM, paid media, content, social media and web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers and Account Executives.
• Manage strategic client accounts and build long‑term relationships.
• Drive client retention, renewals and account growth.
• Review digital marketing strategies and ensure quality delivery.
• Support client meetings, escalations and business reviews.
• Improve team processes, SOPs and best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
• 2+ years of leadership or people‑management experience.
• Strong understanding of integrated digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid media, content, web, social).
• Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Commercially driven with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
