Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

The Technical Delivery Manager will lead Private Banking technology projects, ensuring they align with business goals and delivery timelines. This role acts as the main liaison between the PB GMET Development team and cross‑functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and support delivery of Private Banking technology projects, maintaining alignment with objectives and schedules.
• Serve as primary liaison and proxy for the PB GMET Development team across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with TAP platform stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent governance, reporting, and delivery management.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
• Identify, assess, and manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and their impact on outcomes.
• Coordinate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Lead planning, status, and governance meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Allocate and manage project resources for optimal utilization and successful delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technology delivery management, preferably within financial services.
• Familiarity with the Temenos TAP platform and understanding of the full SDLC.
• Hands‑on experience using MS Project for planning and resource management.
