Technical Officer – Site Supervision

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Officer to lead site supervision of architectural and mechanical & electrical (M&E) works across our construction projects in Singapore. The role involves ensuring that all works meet the required standards, codes and client expectations while supporting a collaborative project team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise architectural and M&E works at project sites.
• Oversee non‑structural works in prefabricated volumetric construction (PPVC) and/or PBU fit‑out yards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, specifications and site requirements.
• Report progress and issues to the Lead Consultant, Project Management Consultant, Landscape Architecture Sub‑Consultant and qualified persons.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering, Building, Architecture or a recognised BCA qualification (e.g., Specialist Diploma in Architectural Technology) or equivalent ITE certification.
• Minimum three years’ experience supervising building projects.
• Completion of MOM‑accredited safety courses with ongoing annual safety training.
• For landscape work deployment, a WSQ Certificate in Landscape Operations or an HDB‑approved equivalent.
