Tender & Business Development Executive

About the role

The Tender & Business Development Executive will lead the end‑to‑end tender process and generate new commercial opportunities for DHL Express Singapore. This role supports the Commercial team by ensuring compliant, timely submissions and by building relationships with external partners and government agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full tender lifecycle, from document preparation and bid submission to post‑tender follow‑up and debriefing.
• Review contracts, NDAs and agreements to mitigate risk and identify value‑adding opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations and other internal teams to gather information, secure approvals and align tender strategies.
• Maintain a centralized database of tender documents, contracts and performance metrics.
• Continuously improve tendering and business‑development processes by applying best practices.
• Identify and develop leads through market research, industry events and networking.
• Build and nurture relationships with government agencies, chambers of commerce and other external partners.
