Test Lead – QA Automation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Test Lead to join Encora’s Quality Assurance team in Singapore on a 6‑month contract. The role focuses on designing, developing and maintaining automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications, ensuring high‑quality releases in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using Appium, Playwright or Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Execute functional, regression, integration and end‑to‑end testing using automation frameworks.
• Perform API testing with Postman or Rest Assured and validate data through SQL/database testing.
• Create and manage test plans, test cases and test scenarios using test management tools.
• Identify, log, track and verify defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Available to join on short notice.
