About the role
We are seeking a Rewards Specialist on a 12‑month contract within the insurance sector. The role supports performance and rewards system modules, data migration, and compensation reporting for the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare communication materials and user guides for performance and rewards system modules.
- Support data migration by extracting and consolidating records and files.
- Consolidate, extract and analyze data for budgeting, compensation, benefits and performance reviews.
- Prepare files and reports for regular compensation and performance reporting, and review compensation proposals outside approved parameters.
Required profile
- Analytical and inquisitive mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in performance, compensation and benefits roles.
