About the role
An elite US law firm is expanding its international disputes practice in Singapore and seeks a junior associate with US qualification to work on white‑collar defence, investigations and cross‑border arbitration.
Key responsibilities
- Handle contentious and regulatory matters for multinational clients across Asia.
- Advise on white‑collar crime, corporate investigations and anti‑corruption issues.
- Assist with cross‑border commercial and investment arbitration under major institutional rules.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s global network on multi‑jurisdictional cases.
Required profile
- US‑qualified lawyer admitted to practice in the United States.
- 0‑4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) at a leading US or international law firm.
- Training‑seat or post‑qualification experience in white‑collar crime, corporate investigations, anti‑corruption or international arbitration.
- Strong academic pedigree; regional language skills are a plus.
