Vice President, Corporate Finance

About the role

The Vice President, Corporate Finance reports to the CFO and leads the group’s FP&A, Treasury and M&A functions. This executive is responsible for the company’s forward‑looking financial health, capital allocation and market positioning, acting as a key business partner to the C‑suite.

Key responsibilities

• Own enterprise‑wide budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning, providing a single source of financial truth.
• Deliver management and Board reporting, including performance analysis, variance commentary and KPI dashboards.
• Act as strategic finance partner to operating units, guiding investment decisions and resource allocation.
• Lead scenario planning and financial modelling to support strategic decision‑making.
• Define and execute the capital structure strategy, balancing debt and equity to optimise cost of capital.
• Lead fund‑raising activities such as bank financing, bond issuances and other capital‑markets transactions.
• Manage balance‑sheet health, liquidity planning, banking relationships and hedge FX and interest‑rate exposures.
• Drive the full M&A lifecycle from target identification and valuation to negotiation, execution and post‑merger integration.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CFA, CPA or MBA is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, investment banking or related roles with proven fund‑raising expertise.
• Track record of executing M&A transactions and managing post‑deal integration.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience interacting with rating agencies, banks and institutional investors.
