Warehouse Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Warehouse Customer Service Representative acts as the primary liaison between customers and the warehouse, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time. You will support key performance indicators by delivering high‑quality service and maintaining smooth communication across multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service to meet KPI targets.
• Communicate effectively with clients, warehouse teams, carrier brokers, and other offices.
• Handle customer inquiries, create orders, and manage accounts in SAP/WMS.
• Manage backorders, returns, and inventory adjustments.
• Coordinate receiving, order processing, and shipping activities, ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Investigate and resolve complaints and returns promptly.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, reporting, and documenting shipping errors.
• Observe standard operating procedures and warehouse health & safety guidelines.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in contract logistics, 3PL, or healthcare logistics, or 2‑3 years in a customer‑service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
