Workday Adoption and Readiness Consultant

About the role

As a Workday Adoption and Readiness Consultant you will help clients unlock the full value of their Workday investment. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding organizations through change, training, and post‑go‑live support to ensure long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑practice guidance on Workday operational processes and governance.
• Assess tenant configurations, identify adoption gaps, and recommend optimized ways of working.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training strategies, user guides, quick reference guides, FAQs, SOPs, and job aids.
• Design and run train‑the‑trainer programs for end‑users, managers, HR, payroll and administrators.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate change impact, create communication plans, and monitor adoption metrics.
• Support cut‑over activities, conduct readiness assessments, and facilitate go‑live readiness checkpoints.
• Provide hyper‑care support after deployment, coordinate issue triage, and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience advising clients on Workday adoption, change enablement, and post‑implementation support.
• Strong ability to translate functional requirements into practical training and enablement materials.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with HR, payroll, and business leaders.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on user experience and operational readiness.
