About the role

Baker McKenzie.Wong & Leow is seeking an Associate to join its Corporate Real Estate practice in Singapore. The role offers the chance to work on a broad range of corporate real estate matters, including cross‑border transactions and integrated projects for both local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

Handle corporate real estate transactions and advise clients on related legal issues.
Support cross‑border deals, coordinating with real estate and corporate teams.
Collaborate with local and international clients on integrated matters.
Manage competing timelines and ensure timely delivery of legal work.

Required profile

Singapore‑qualified lawyer with up to post‑qualification experience in corporate real estate.
Strong academic credentials and good drafting abilities.
Practical, commercial mindset with a proactive attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple deadlines.
Sound judgment and clear communication skills.
