Associate Director – Supply Chain Transformation

About the role

Accenture is looking for an experienced Associate Director to lead complex supply chain transformation programmes for clients across industries. The role blends strategic advisory, business transformation and technology‑enabled supply chain consulting to improve planning, fulfillment, resilience and end‑to‑end performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain transformation engagements from strategy through execution and value realisation.
• Advise client leadership on operating model design, planning excellence, network optimisation and fulfillment transformation.
• Drive demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimisation, logistics, warehousing and order fulfilment initiatives.
• Assess current‑state capabilities, develop target‑state operating models, business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Design and deploy technology‑enabled solutions using advanced planning platforms and digital supply chain technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across supply chain, operations, technology, data and analytics to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Build senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on transformation priorities.
• Support business development through solutioning, proposal development and practice growth activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, advisory or transformation roles.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale engagements and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, executive presentation and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with leading planning platforms such as O9 or Kinaxis.
• Knowledge of advanced planning and digital supply chain technologies.
