About the role

As an Audit Graduate Associate joining KPMG Singapore, you will be part of a dynamic audit practice that serves leading companies across a wide range of industry clusters. The role offers early exposure to audit engagements, client interaction and strategic decision‑making while you develop a deep understanding of diverse business models.

Key responsibilities

• Gain an in‑depth understanding of client businesses and industry dynamics.
• Assist in audit planning, execution and documentation of work papers.
• Evaluate the sufficiency and relevance of audit evidence and draft conclusions.
• Collaborate with senior auditors and client finance teams to address audit findings.
• Support audit engagements across sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, technology and real estate.

Required profile

• Degree in accounting or a related field, with graduation expected between January 2026 and September 2027.
• Ability to work cooperatively and build constructive business relationships.
• Strong drive for continuous improvement and accountability for high‑quality work.
• Business curiosity and comfort using data to inform decisions.
• Forward‑thinking mindset and willingness to embrace technological change.
