Crisis Preparedness Coordinator – Government Sector

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to lead crisis preparedness, capability‑building and resilience initiatives for religious organisations in Singapore. The role involves coordinating programmes, engaging stakeholders and supporting national security objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support and drive planning, implementation and continuous improvement of crisis preparedness programmes for religious organisations.
• Build and manage partnerships with religious groups, security agencies, community partners, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Oversee development, coordination and delivery of training, emergency response, contingency planning and psychological resilience initiatives.
• Manage programme operations, communications and performance tracking, including publicity, microsite content, databases, registrations and reporting.
• Contribute to broader national security, resilience and social cohesion objectives.

Required profile

• Singaporean with at least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience working with community groups, NGOs, VWOs or government agencies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities in English; additional mother‑tongue languages a plus.
• Positive, adaptable, proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Passionate about building community relationships and working with volunteers.

What we offer

• Full‑time, 2‑year fixed‑term contract with potential renewal.
• Monthly salary up to SGD 4,300 plus bonuses (up to 3 months over 2 years).
• Office‑based work in central Singapore, Monday‑Friday.
