Customer Service Agent – Flight Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to be the first point of contact for passengers, crew members and visitors at our world‑class Fixed Base Operation in Singapore. You will help create smooth, memorable experiences for private‑aviation customers throughout their arrival and departure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional assistance to passengers, flight crews and visitors.
• Handle enquiries, requests and feedback, coordinating services and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage pre‑flight and post‑flight administrative tasks and support operational activities.
• Assist flight crews with service requirements to ensure efficient aircraft turnaround.
• Participate in the Safety & Quality Management System, reporting hazards, incidents and near‑misses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays and overnight periods.
• High School Diploma, GCE ‘O’ Levels, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric attitude.
