About the role
The Customer Service Executive will act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, quotations, complaints and order updates. The role aims to deliver high‑quality service, support sales activities and ensure operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls, provide quotations, resolve complaints and direct queries to the appropriate salesperson.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow‑up actions.
- Assist salespersons in preparing quotations and processing sales orders, delivery orders and tax invoices.
- Provide customers with order status updates and coordinate any necessary changes.
- Update customer information, inventory records, sales records and price changes.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for debit/credit notes and goods returns.
- Pick and pack goods for delivery, manage procurement planning and issue purchase orders.
- Support basic financial data entry and assist the team with commercial activities, marketing events and ad‑hoc projects.
