Customer Service Officer

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Customer Service Officer to join our island‑wide team in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for order processing, ensuring accuracy, speed, and excellent service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Enter orders accurately and promptly into the system.
• Process orders received via hotline, fax, email and sales portal.
• Communicate urgent delivery requests and special timing to the delivery team and follow up until completion.
• Adhere to procedures for restricted items, price approvals and other specific requirements.
• Coordinate information flow between customers, principals, warehouse and delivery teams.
• Verify and analyse order information, resolve issues on the spot or route them to the appropriate department.
• Provide timely feedback on problems and issues raised by customers and principals.
• Train and mentor new customer service agents.
• Perform administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry and document retrieval.
• Maintain strict compliance with ISO procedures.

Required profile

• N‑Level qualification with 1‑2 years of relevant experience, or ITE/Diploma candidates with no experience (training provided).
• Call‑centre experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service or support is advantageous.
