Customer Service Officer – Joining Bonus $5,000 – Changi Airport

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at Changi Airport. The role involves assisting passengers throughout their journey and ensuring a smooth, pleasant airport experience. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check‑in, arrival and departure services.
• Handle passenger enquiries and various flight‑related requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers at premier lounges.
• Welcome and assist guests at reception and attend to their needs.
• Assist passengers with special needs, including reduced mobility.
• Assist non‑English‑speaking passengers and unaccompanied minors.
• Ensure passengers receive a smooth and pleasant airport experience.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
• No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Pleasant, cheerful and service‑oriented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well in a team and fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to work 6‑day rotating shifts.

• Basic salary from SGD 1,800 (commensurate with experience) plus monthly allowances up to SGD 600.
