Director of Human Resources – Hotel

About the role

The Director of Human Resources will join the executive committee of Moxy Singapore Clarke Quay and report directly to the General Manager. This senior leader will shape the hotel’s HR strategy, drive talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management and employee development, ensuring alignment with the property’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hotel’s HR strategy in line with brand and regional goals.
• Lead engagement‑survey initiatives and act on results to improve employee experience.
• Champion talent management and diversity strategies across the property.
• Coordinate human‑capital reviews, succession planning and leadership pipeline assessments.
• Implement HR initiatives, policies and processes that support operational efficiency.
• Utilise HR technology and data to inform decision‑making and drive performance outcomes.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proven HR generalist expertise within a hospitality or similar fast‑paced environment.
• Strong ability to work independently, develop processes and influence business results.
