Executive Recruiting Researcher

About the role

Partner directly with executive recruiters, hiring managers, and founders to map competitive target markets and build deep talent pipelines for leadership positions across AI, hardware, software, and commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize advanced research methodologies—including Boolean search, AI‑powered sourcing platforms, OSINT, and industry mapping—to identify passive VP, Director, and C‑level candidate pools.
• Craft and execute hyper‑personalized outreach strategies that convey Plaud’s value proposition and convert top‑tier executive prospects into active opportunities.
• Generate data‑driven market intelligence reports, compensation benchmarks, and competitor talent maps to guide search strategies.
• Maintain pipeline health and database integrity across ATS/CRM systems, tracking relationship progress and nurturing long‑term leadership talent networks.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of dedicated talent research, executive sourcing, or candidate generation experience within an executive search firm, agency, or fast‑growing technology company.
• Proven track record of mapping markets and identifying C‑suite, VP, and Director‑level talent in AI, SaaS, consumer electronics, or hardware sectors.

Required skills

• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized talent databases.
• Proficiency in OSINT techniques and modern AI sourcing platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior leadership candidates.
