Director, Revenue Growth Management (AMEA)

About the role

As the Director of Revenue Growth Management for the AMEA region, you will lead the revenue management workstream for Mondelēz International. You will define the vision and roadmap to maximise return on trade‑spend investments across a diverse set of markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out a standardized governance model to identify trade‑spend efficiencies, set targets and support regional and local action plans.
• Administer trade‑spend controls through policies and sub‑processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Lead the governance structure, providing direction and counsel to achieve short‑ and long‑term objectives.
• Coordinate revenue‑management work tracks, including process optimisation, business cases, capability building and system enhancements.
• Inspire stakeholders with clear communication of progress toward the overall vision.
• Oversee existing revenue‑management systems and guide long‑term system requirements.
• Design and execute promotional plans, integrating category, market and customer insights.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in fast‑moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods.
• Strong financial understanding of trade‑fund management and ROI.
• Future‑focused mindset with curiosity about industry trends and digital solutions.
• Proven ability to develop strategic plans, monitor results and recommend actions.
• Demonstrated leadership of diverse regional teams.
• Effective influence skills with senior leadership and resilience to present alternative viewpoints.
