Finance Analyst Lead

About the role

The Finance Analyst Lead will join a dynamic finance team in Singapore, supporting business, operations and commercial stakeholders. This role focuses on driving performance, providing insight and influencing decision‑making through robust financial planning and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly planning and rolling forecasts.
• Conduct FP&A activities, including scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on financial and commercial matters.
• Analyse business performance, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Support pricing analysis, business cases, RFPs and contract renewals.
• Deliver management reporting and translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Drive process improvement and automation across finance and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting and finance process automation.
• Excellent Excel and financial analysis capabilities.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
