Finance Associated Manager – DPS SENA

About the role

The Finance Associated Manager – DPS SENA supports regional financial performance across APAC for DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson MedTech business. The role partners with regional and global finance teams to deliver high‑quality analysis, treasury support, and compliance for multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis, forecasting and variance explanations for APAC performance management.
• Support treasury activities, including regional cash visibility, liquidity analysis and balance‑sheet management.
• Prepare and review management reports, dashboards and financial presentations for regional and global stakeholders.
• Analyze intercompany activity, capital transactions and treasury operations, providing actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies and statutory/regulatory requirements across APAC entities.
• Assist internal and external audits, including documentation and issue remediation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Experience working in a multinational or MedTech environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex financial data to senior stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
