Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will provide timely and accurate financial information and analysis to support decision‑making across the organization. You will lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities, and partner with business units on investment and divestment evaluations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cash‑flow projections, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for the assigned area.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis for monthly and quarterly reports and ensure compliance with external reporting requirements.
• Review and challenge operational plans by analysing underlying drivers and assumptions.
• Support acquisition and divestment processes by evaluating financial impacts and coordinating with other finance functions.
• Assist in the design and implementation of budgeting and planning systems, including changes driven by SFRS(I) standards.
• Identify and drive process improvements, system enhancements, automation and digitalisation initiatives.
• Perform any other duties reasonably requested by the supervisor or department head.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience.
• Positive attitude, meticulous, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong independent work ethic and good communication skills.
• Willingness to accept intra‑department or inter‑division transfers and changes in scope.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4.
• Familiarity with OneStream budgeting and planning software.
