Enterprise Services Manager (Bank) – 9 Month Contract

About the role

The Enterprise Services Manager will lead a 9‑month transformation programme for a banking client, overseeing digital mailroom, records digitisation, workflow automation and related process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate Enterprise Services transformation projects, tracking plans, milestones, issues and preparing status reports and business cases.
• Manage vendor and contract activities, including sourcing, tendering, negotiations, renewals and performance governance.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and service providers, monitoring service performance and handling incidents and escalations.
• Conduct vendor due‑diligence, third‑party risk assessments, audit follow‑ups and ensure compliance with procurement and regulatory policies.
• Maintain continuity of mailroom, courier, stationery and security print services while identifying operational efficiencies.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of experience in project management, vendor management, procurement or enterprise services.
• Proven ability to develop business cases, project proposals and management presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, procurement, legal, risk and compliance functions.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and documentation abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities.
