About the role

The role leads end‑to‑end delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives across cards, payments and personal loans, driving new product launches and enhancements.

Key responsibilities

Manage project scope, plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
Oversee business testing activities, including test planning, UAT, defect management and business sign‑off.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and key decisions.
Drive smooth implementation, including readiness planning, deployment support, post‑implementation validation and stabilization.
Facilitate project discussions, status meetings and stakeholder communications to maintain momentum.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with business, technology, regional teams and external partners.
Support other project, business and operational initiatives within the portfolio.

Required profile

Minimum degree in a related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
