Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead financial oversight for a retail mall portfolio managed by an external agent. This role combines financial reporting, forecasting, and governance with strategic partnership to drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, month‑end close, balance‑sheet reviews and audit coordination for the mall portfolio.
• Manage accounting, planning and reconciliations for loyalty and rewards programmes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide insights, analysis and recommendations.
• Lead end‑to‑end management of non‑operating income and expenditure, including journal postings, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Handle cash and investment portfolios, monitoring cash flow, fund placements and interest income.
• Administer SAP finance functions, including budgeting, role management and system controls.
• Drive finance transformation, ERP enhancements and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy from a reputable university; professional accounting qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance business partnering, management reporting or finance operations.
• Strong track record in financial analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial controls and finance operations.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
