Finance Manager

About the role

SHIELD is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its finance and accounting functions across a fast‑growing, device‑first fraud intelligence platform. The role will support the business by delivering accurate reporting, driving cost‑saving initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting processes, including month‑end reporting, P&L, and balance‑sheet oversight.
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial and management reports on schedule.
• Set, track, and report on savings targets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct financial analysis for sourcing and procurement initiatives.
• Provide finance expertise and perspective on all procurement‑related matters.
• Review and improve key finance processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet growth targets and manage external financial service vendors.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the B2B enterprise software, SaaS, or payments industry.
• Strong analytical ability with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting financial information to both finance and non‑finance audiences.
