FP&A Analyst – Corporate Planning

About the role

The FP&A Analyst will join the Corporate Planning team of a leading global automotive manufacturer with its regional headquarters in Singapore. The role blends financial planning, analysis, and business‑improvement initiatives, offering exposure to regional operations and cross‑functional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and business planning for Singapore and regional entities, and consolidate submissions for Head Office.
• Assist with monthly financial closing, management reporting and variance analysis, providing insights on performance.
• Maintain budget, forecast and KPI tracking models, and produce ad‑hoc financial reports.
• Partner with business units to gather data, validate information and conduct financial assessments for decision‑making.
• Identify and monitor financial risks and opportunities across assigned areas.
• Participate in workflow digitisation, automation, dashboard development and adoption of AI/BI solutions.
• Support audit and reporting activities, preparing reconciliations, schedules and data validation exercises.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• 2‑3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting or management reporting.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and core accounting principles.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a multicultural, regional environment.
