Front of House Service Crew – Premium Hotpot Restaurant

About the role

JING is a premium hotpot and grill restaurant located in KINEX, Singapore. As a Front of House Service Crew member you will manage your own section, guiding guests through the hotpot, grill and buffet experience from greeting to billing.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, explaining the hotpot, grill and buffet format.
• Introduce the five house‑made soups, advise on Mala heat levels and help guests choose.
• Set up hotpots, monitor broth top‑ups and ensure safe use of the communal grill.
• Take orders, process payments and split bills using the POS system, including à la carte add‑ons.
• Answer dietary and allergen queries by confirming with the kitchen.
• Promote the JING Circle membership programme and enrol interested guests.
• Handle guest complaints promptly, escalating to a manager when needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties for your section.

Required profile

• Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable standing for an entire shift and working around hot broth and grills.
• Clear, warm communication in English; additional Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
• Accurate with numbers and comfortable using a POS system.

• POS system operation.
