You will be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, providing clear information and support for daily operations. Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors, answering queries about programmes and schedules.
• Handle student enrolments, registration paperwork, and payment processing.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and booking requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Keep the reception area and common spaces tidy, welcoming, and well‑organized.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidates with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work weekdays and weekends, with a minimum one‑year commitment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
