General Practitioner – Clinic, Home Care & Telemedicine

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing medical group operating across Singapore and the region, is looking for a qualified General Practitioner. The role combines clinic consultations, home‑care visits and telemedicine, offering a diverse clinical experience and the chance to shape new healthcare services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient consultations and medical care in clinic, home‑care and telemedicine settings.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions independently.
• Perform appropriate medical procedures without supervision.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and prepare medical reports.
• Participate in health‑screening and community healthcare programmes.
• Support the development of new clinical services and operational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore’s medical and telemedicine regulations.

Required profile

• Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council.
• Relevant experience in general practice, primary care, polyclinic or A&E settings.
• Ability to work independently across clinic, home‑care and telemedicine environments.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication and patient‑management skills.
• Willingness to work a 5 or 5.5‑day week with a minimum of 45 rostered hours.
• Adaptable, collaborative and comfortable in a fast‑growing organisation.
