Group Finance Manager (Regional)

About the role

Our client, a leading precision engineering and semiconductor manufacturer, is seeking a Regional Group Finance Manager to drive transformation projects and ensure robust financial governance across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial close, delivering accurate management and statutory reports.
• Oversee group consolidation in compliance with IFRS/SFRS and internal accounting policies.
• Review complex accounting issues, balance‑sheet reconciliations and financial statements.
• Maintain strong financial controls and the integrity of financial data.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, working‑capital management and statutory audit processes.
• Develop and maintain finance policies, SOPs and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and resolve audit findings promptly.
• Monitor financial risks and contribute to enterprise risk‑management initiatives.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning and day‑to‑day treasury operations.
• Oversee banking facilities, loan repayments, foreign‑exchange exposure and covenant compliance.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including group consolidation and reporting.
