Engagement Manager – Insurance & Asset Management

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead high‑impact consulting engagements within its Insurance & Asset Management practice in Singapore. You will drive project delivery, build client relationships and mentor junior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day execution of project workstreams, ensuring rigorous analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and sustain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, supporting strategic decision‑making.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Contribute to thought leadership by developing innovative insights for the practice.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in top‑tier strategy consulting or in life, general, health, reinsurance, or asset‑management sectors.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a respected institution.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of delivering strategic insights.
• Proven ability to lead teams or workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset.
