Head of HR, South East Asia and India

About the role

The Head of HR for South East Asia and India will be based in Singapore and act as the senior people leader for a global technology company undergoing a major transformation. Reporting to both the President HR Asia and the President SEA, the role is designed to be a true business partner at the highest level.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and India, ensuring alignment with business transformation goals.
• Drive digital adoption within the workforce, managing proof‑of‑concepts, adoption curves and resistance.
• Partner with the business transformation team to design change initiatives that are people‑centric.
• Own talent management, learning and capability development, retention strategy, and regional talent acquisition.
• Travel regularly across the region to support multi‑market labour dynamics and cultural nuances.

Required profile

• Extensive experience at the intersection of HR leadership and large‑scale business transformation.
• Proven track record of leading digital workforce initiatives in South East Asia.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to act urgently in a competitive talent market.
• Senior‑level influence, capable of operating directly with C‑suite executives.
