Head of People Operations Business Partner

About the role

As the Head of People Operations Business Partner at Grab, you will lead a senior team of People Operations Business Partners and ensure HR directly influences business growth and strategy. Reporting to the Head of People Business Partnering, you will work from the Singapore office to translate organisational goals into workforce actions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executives on hiring plans, compensation strategy, employee relations and talent development.
• Shape organisational design by understanding evolving business needs and advising leaders on skill requirements, hiring timing and team structures.
• Apply deep knowledge of Grab’s business model and technology landscape to influence forward‑looking business decisions.
• Diagnose complex problems, anticipate downstream effects and use people metrics to drive data‑based decisions.
• Lead large‑scale organisational changes, secure stakeholder buy‑in and manage internal communications for major launches.
• Collaborate on workforce planning, budget forecasting for hiring, engagement and learning & development.

Required profile

• 12+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years leading HR Business Partner teams in technology, fintech, banking or high‑growth environments.
• Proven track record of solving complex problems and managing organisational change.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with employees and senior leaders.
• Experience guiding senior HR professionals through ambiguous situations.
